1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver batteries and provide installation services across Bengaluru city and surrounding areas. If your location is outside our service zone, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Delivery Time

• Same-day delivery for orders placed before 4:00 PM (within Bengaluru limits).
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM may be delivered the next working day.
• Installation typically happens within 1–3 hours after delivery, depending on technician availability.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free delivery is available on most battery purchases within 10 km of our store.
• For locations beyond 10 km, a nominal delivery fee may apply (usually ₹100–₹300 depending on distance).
• Customers will be informed of any additional delivery charges before order confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, our staff will share estimated delivery time and technician contact details. Real-time GPS tracking is currently unavailable, but status updates are provided via WhatsApp or phone.

5. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

• Traffic or weather conditions
• High order volume during holidays
• Stock or vendor availability

In case of any delay, we will keep you informed and reschedule at your convenience.

6. Packaging & Safety

Batteries are delivered in original manufacturer packaging. Our delivery team handles transportation and unloading with care to ensure product safety and compliance.

7. Delivery Confirmation

Upon delivery, customers are required to sign or verbally confirm receipt. Any visible damages must be reported immediately before installation.

8. Failed Deliveries

If no one is available at the delivery location during the scheduled time, our team will attempt to contact you. Failed delivery attempts may lead to rescheduling charges.
