Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, only if:

• The battery is unused and not installed.
• Returned in original packaging with the invoice.
• Item is in resellable condition and returned timely.

Products once installed or used are not eligible for return unless proven faulty by our technician.

Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refund is issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping and service charges (if any) are non-refundable.
